Each person must have a sense of restlessness, for whatever reason. We as humans are not far from feeling bad, so we had to have several ways that we can relieve anxiety
The way I do is:
1. Sholat
By sholat we can be as much complaining to God about what we feel, the prayer we can eliminate feelings of anxiety, so we complained to the gods eat enough of our problems will be reduced. right?
2. Storytelling with family
Family is the people closest to us, to the family Tell me about what we feel, especially the mother. Our mothers better understand and will always give us what we need.
3. Storytelling with friends
Friend is a place where we can devote all our hearts content. Companions should always be there when we are sad or happy. That is what true friends.
4. Playing keyboard or guitar
In my opinion, to play a musical instrument can be a bit overcome anxieties. Sing as satisfied as we are, I'd rather play a song with a hard beat so we can issue a little lost.
5. listening to music
Music is a very fun, the music is everything to me. So just by wearing a headset and listening to music, our problem can be lost.
The way I have done above is very effective for me. Anxiety should be addressed in ways that delight.
